I am a mother and wife with two beautiful children ages 6yo and 3yo. I am currently a stay at home mom. Before children I worked as a mental health counselor and an elementary education teacher.  I have been on my healthy journey for many years. However, about 3 years ago, I really found my exercise niche – weight lifting. Since then I have found and applied a wealth of nutrition and fitness information successfully!
